Prices are per night for 2 people.
For each additional guest: € 12 per night.
Minimum rent:
- 3 nights from November to April except Christmas Holidays
- 4 nights in May and in October
- 6 nights from June to September and Christmas Holidays
Not included in apartment fee:
- € 50 Cleaning fee per stay
- € 150 security deposit fee for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if there are no unusual damage in the home.
Free cancellation and full refund up to 14 days before arrival time. No refund for cancellation after this date, or no show.
Children are welcome.
Dogs and cats are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Tourist Tax
The Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Imperia is € 2,00 (two) per person per day.
We kindly ask you to fulfill this payment some days BEFORE your arrival.
The tax is required up to a maximum of 10 nights in a row.
Children under 14 (on the first day of stay) are free from payment.
